Examples of Past Email Issues
- The email wasn't received because the customer's email address wasn't entered correctly when they set up their account or placed their order.
- Some email providers have spam filters that stop certain emails from coming in. Please check your spam and trash folders to make sure that our emails haven't been sent there.
- If you are able to set which domain names you can receive emails from, please change your settings to allow emails from @walltz.jp addresses.
- Please check if your spam filters are blocking emails from WALLTZ.
- The confirmation email may not reach you if your email servers are overloaded or if your provider is experiencing issues or is undergoing maintenance.
