We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products, but if you discover a defect in your order, we will allow for returns.
If you receive a defective product or something that you didn't order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After we check your order/defective product, we will send you a new or equivalent product free of charge.
*In the case of a defective product, please do not throw it away - wait for us to contact you.
*If you discover a defect while you are applying the product, stop and contact us as soon as possible. If you continue applying the product without contacting us, we cannot accept any requests for returns or replacements.
We will not accept returns in any of the following cases:
- The product is not defective
- 8 days or more have passed since delivery of the order
- The product has already been installed
- We cannot detect any issues with the product
