My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If the box arrives to you damaged, please check the contents immediately.
If the contents of the box are damaged, return the box to the delivery company.
Once we have received notification from the delivery company, we will contact you. If you are in a hurry, please contact us directly.

Please open and check the contents your order within 7 days of it being delivered.
If both the box and the contents are damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Do not throw away the damaged box.
If you discover the damages during the New Year's holiday or on a day when we are closed, contact the delivery company directly.
Someone from the delivery company may need to come to our store to check.
