• Each sample is an A4-sized cut of the product.
• Please test your sample against the surface you wish to hang that design on to ensure that you like the look of the actual color, pattern size, and material.
  These samples are intended for checking the color and texture of products before purchase. We cannot accept any requests for samples containing specific parts of the design.

• Depending on your hanging surface, there is a chance that your sample may leave behind adhesive residue or not adhere properly. Please test your sample in an inconspicuous area.

• The color of the wallpaper you receive may differ from the image on the website depending on your viewing environment.

• As this product is made to order, there may be slight differences in color depending on when you order it due to production lots (the batches of wallpaper that are made at the same time).

For Domestic Orders (within Japan)

We will ship your order via Sagawa Express within 10 business days of confirming your order.

(Orders containing only samples will be sent via Japan Post.)

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you the tracking number via email.

For International Orders

We will ship your order from Japan via DHL within one to two weeks of confirming your order.

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you the tracking number via email.
