• The edges of the product may not be perfectly straight.
• Due to the nature of production, parts of the design may appear blurry, but this is not a defect.

• This product is slightly translucent, therefore any patterns or dark colors on the hanging surface may show through. We recommend hanging it on white or unpatterened walls.

• The color of the wallpaper you receive may differ from the image on the website depending on your viewing environment.
  The color of the wallpaper may look darker when wet.

• As this product is made to order, there may be slight differences in color depending on when you order it due to production lots (the batches of wallpaper that are made at the same time).
  Please order all of the wallpaper you plan to hang in the same room at the same time.
  If you order wallpaper for the same room at different times, there is a higher possibility that the colors of each product will differ.

• Because this product is made to order, we cannot accept any requests for returns, replacements, or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

• If you don't fold the backside in towards itself before soaking the product, the glue may wash away in the water. Please keep this in mind before hanging.
• The product may lose color after getting wet.
• Do not squeeze or tug at the product too hard, as this can lead to deformities that make it harder to line up the pattern between sheets.
• The product may lose color if you rub or scrape the front side or try to wipe it with a damp sponge or cloth.
• When hanging this product, you may unintentionally scrape off the glue if you press down too hard with your smoother or similar tool.
• This product should not be applied to ceilings as it may fall off before drying due to the weight of the wet glue.
• This product will arrive to you folded, but the creases will disappear once you hang it.

After confirming your order, we will ship it out within 3 business days.
If you order 3 sets or fewer, we will ship your order via Japan Post. If you order 4 sets or more, we will ship it via Sagawa Express.
When we ship via Japan Post, we package each set of Hattan separately. If you order 3 sets, each set will be sent in its own envelope.
