About the product
  • The product itself is flat. While the product is designed to look three-dimensional, it is a flat image.
  • This wallpaper is not peel and stick. Please hang this wallpaper using wallpaper glue that you prepare yourself.
  • Due to the nature of this product, the color will start to come off if you rub it too hard.
  • We do not recommend hanging this product in areas where it will come in direct contact with water or areas with high humidity, as it is not waterproof.
Product Opacity
  • Light colored wallpapers are slightly translucent, therefore any patterns or dark colors on the hanging surface may show through. Please test with a sample first.
Product Color
  • The color of the wallpaper you receive may differ from the image on the website depending on your viewing environment.
We recommending ordering a sample before ordering any full rolls.
Color Differences Due to Lots
  • As this product is made to order, there may be slight differences in color depending on when you order it due to production lots (the batches of wallpaper that are made at the same time).
Please order all of the wallpaper you plan to hang in the same room at the same time.
If you order wallpaper for the same room at different times, there is a higher possibility that the colors of each roll will differ.
Order Changes and Cancellations
  • Because this product is made to order, we cannot accept any requests for returns, replacements, or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
Wallpaper Seam Precautions
  • The seams of your wallpaper may start to peel off or gap after your glue dries.
  • There may be gaps of up to 0.5 mm between panels due to the wallpaper absorbing moisture from the glue and expanding.
  • Add glue to the gaps to close them, making sure to use the amount of water and glue powder as specified by the glue manufacturer.
  • These gaps tend to stand out more on darker and unpatterned wallpapers, in which case we recommend using painter's tape to lessen the risk of gapping.
Using painter's tape on your seams will help prevent them from coming up compared to glue alone.

Our Wallpaper Made from Non-woven Materials is Easy to Hang and Hard to Tear

Non-woven wallpaper is made from a mix of synthetic fibers. Unlike paper wallpaper, non-woven wallpaper doesn't warp when you get it wet and is difficult to tear. This makes it an easy material for even beginner DIYers to hang.
Our non-woven wallpapers contain absolutely no PVC or plasticizers.

Unpasted Wallpaper that Requires Glue

These wallpapers are unpasted. If you use the proper glue, you can remove this wallpaper without damaging your walls, making it safe to use in apartments and other rental properties.

Clean Matte Finish

The matte surface of this wallpaper is smooth and clear, with no unwanted shine.
*Dark-colored wallpaper may have a slight sheen due to the nature of the ink it is printed with.

Certified in Japan Against Sick Building Syndrome (F☆☆☆☆)

F☆☆☆☆ (F Four Star) is a mark that indicates the highest level of protection against formeldehyde emissions. The Japanese Industrial Standards Comittee (JIS), Japanese Agricultural Standards Comittee (JAS), and Japan's Minster of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism created this star-based ranking for measuring formeldehyde emissions, with F☆☆☆☆ (F Four Star) being the highest possible rank and an indication of products that release the lowest amount of formeldehyde.

Fire-proof Certified in Japan (Quasi-Noncombustible)

Japanese flammability standards were established by the Minster of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to certify materials as Noncombustible, Quasi-Noncombustible, or Fire Retardant based on their performance when exposed to flame. The criteria for Quasi-Noncombustible materials are as follows: when exposed to heat equivalent to that of a normal house fire, the material does not combust after 10 minutes; exterior finishings do not warp, melt, or crack; interior finishings do not emit harmful gases or smoke during evacuation. Fire resistance is not something that is determined by the wallpaper alone, rather it is a mix of the wallpaper, the material of the surface it is hung on, and the way it is hung. This means that the same wallpaper can be more or less effective at resisting fire depending on the circumstances.

Before You Hang Your Wallpaper
Instaration-wallpaper-before-01 Instaration-wallpaper-before-02

Cut the wallpaper along the dotted cut lines. Don't cut off the part of the wallpaper with the number, as you will need this to know the hanging order of the panels. Check whether you have all of the panels you need while you cut.

The top of each panel is indicated with "TOP". Please be careful not to hang the wallpaper upside down.

How to Hang Using Poteglue Removable Wallpaper Paste
Instaration-wallpaper-01

Mix the glue powder with water to activate it. Paste a section of the wall a bit wider than the width of the wallpaper.

Instaration-wallpaper-02

Starting at the left edge of the wall, make sure that the side of the wallpaper labeled "TOP" is by the ceiling and begin hanging your wallpaper, ensuring that you have excess at both the top and bottom.

Instaration-wallpaper-03

After smoothing out any air bubbles, crease the top and bottom edges of the wallpaper with your smoother and cut off the excess wallpaper with your utility knife. You can use your smoother as a trim guide.

Instaration-wallpaper-04

Hang any subsequent panels the same way, making sure that you line up the pattern as you go.
